2-Tier Chrome Starter Shelving Unit - 24" Deep x 42" Wide x 14" High - Heavy Duty Metal Storage Rack for Garage, Warehouse & Retail Organization

I ordered two of these shelf units, 14" high to fit in my pantry under the last row of shelves to make better use of the space. They fit perfectly one being 12" deep and one 18" deep.Putting them together would have been simpler if the directions had one little not...you slip two plastic sleeves that fit together down each leg where the shelf will slide down and rest. It tells you to make sure you put the part of the sleeves marked UP towards the top of the leg as you clip it on. PROBLEM was there is NOTHING written on these sleeves... :) It does have a line closer to one end on the outside of the sleeve and through trial and error I learned THAT was the top of the sleeve. They clip on easily with a small ridged line on the inside of the sleeve that slips into the evenly spaced little markings on the legs.Those were easy to clip on quickly once you figure it out, then slide them in the holes on each corner from the bottom up.Each leg has a foot that screws up or down to level it to the floor---which was GREAT.The units are heavy weight, sturdy and came together quickly.I loaded then shelves up with a couple hundred canning jars full of fruit, veggies, soups and jams that I had been keeping under beds. Before I was only able to put cases of canned food on the floor since you can't stack canned food on top of each other. This tripled my storage space!!The owner of the company was very pro-active, sending me an email to tell me the legs would arrive separately. He was very quick to respond to my email when asked about the arrival date of the shelves, even giving me a phone # to call if I had questions.This was a GREAT buy, well worth the money and I believe these shelves will outlive me. I am extremely pleased with their quality and customer service is EXCELLENT. I definitely would buy again.unless you need things off the floor because of possible small flooding, otherwise bottom shelf is useless and hard to clean under.Came in two different random boxes and had no instructions. Boxes showed up on different days and confused everyone.Had to use a few tools and beat the ends but the shelves are great!!Does not come with any feet or glides. Basically open pipe will scratch anything you place this on. I have many wire shelves through out my home, and they all seem to be about the same, including this one. You might as well buy one that comes with feet or you will scratch your floor.
