The shelf is good but you will need a hammer and some dexterity to get the metal anchors into the bottom of the poles. I've never seen a shelf come like that and I've built hundreds. Another shelf I got from the same people already had it done so I'm not sure why. But they are only about an inch tall and do not fit into the poles without being hammered in. Good fit but you need to be able to hold the anchor still (again about as long as your finger is wide) and hammer it and not hit your fingers and bang on it hard enough to force it into the opening. Again, it does NOT fit into the opening without being banged in. Other than that, happy with them.Pole are 6/8 and bushings are 7/8 of inch. Can’t fit in 6/8 of inch pole. Instructions say tapered bushing and ones sent are not tapered and don’t look like instructionsI read some of the reviews and was concerned about receiving the wrong items. It took longer than Amazon predicted to arrive, but with shipping issues all over, I guess that was to be expected. The shelves arrived in 2 separate boxes (1 with poles, the other with shelves). Both matched and all hardware was included. Setup by myself in minutes. No issues. I would purchase this product again from the seller.Love the Shelving. Easy Assembly. Reason for loss of 1 star on rating was that tracking number only tracked one of 3 seperate shipments - 2 Shelves then the legs then 2 shelves all came on different days. Would have been nice to know this. - Again this is quality shelving and I am quite happy with my purchase.Great product, I suppose. We have the shelves. They are heavy weight and will work perfectly for our purpose. HOWEVER, the poles apparently came from a different location and we have not received them yet (been several weeks) -- after several communications with the seller, we still don't know if we are EVER going to receive the poles. So, without the poles, the shelves are useless . . .The shipping company Omega sent the item with no poles, claimed its a starter shelf. Who who buy a shelving unit with no poles
